On a tree lined street close to the city centre you'll find a house fit for a Queen! 3 double bedrooms, newly refurbished to a high standard with a bathroom for each bedroom, it comes with hotel quality linen and towels. Queens House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have zip & link beds, either super king or twin the third is a double. 2 rooms are en-suite and the third has it's own main bathroom. With dining space, living room, fully equipped kitchen plus outside terrace you'll have everything you need for a home away from home. Beautifully decorated with modern amenities, FREE high speed wifi. Supermarkets, pubs and restaurants nearby and in walking distance. Parking is on street, with a residents parking scheme in place. We provide a maximum of 2 parking permits for guests to use during their stay. In excess of 2 vehicles, they will need to park elsewhere nearby. A parking map is provided. Lost, missing or unreturned parking permits will be charged to the guest at £50 per permit. Access is via a lock box for self-check-in. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules. Alison and Gemma run a number of holiday cottages and rental properties in the area and are delighted to welcome you to Queens House. We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We both live locally and are always happy to recommend things to do or places to go. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but are available should you need us. Queen Isabel's House is in a perfect location close to the city centre, but also a few minutes to the A46 which takes you to nearby Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, HS2 Compounds or Birmingham. This house is walkable to the train station in Coventry and is on a regular bus route. Easy access to the A46 for all other local towns and cities. Situated with close proximity to Warwick, Leamington, Rugby, and Birmingham with easy access to the M1 just 10 mins away. Also close by are several HS2 compounds.
