This is a "ENTIRE PRIVATE SPACE" listing, with no shared areas. There are two reasonably large size bedrooms with Queen beds and brand new memory foam mattresses as well as closet space with hangers. Theres a bathroom with tub/shower combo between the two bedrooms. The Living room has a great window looking out the the fully fenced backyard where your dog can run and play. The kitchen has new cabinets, and a dishwasher. I Kitchen is stocked for basic meal prep, laundry is in the unit for your use. You can bring your furry friend IF it is housebroken and will not have any accidents. Your dog must not be on any furniture and you are expected to leave no sign that a pet was ever there. Guest access The $20/night pet fee is "or $180, whichever is less". Be aware there will be a $125 additional charged if your pet has any accidents not the carpet so please be aware your pet's abilities and be smart about that. Other things to note If you are coming for a longer stay, you will be provided a starter pack of expendable such as toilet paper and garbage bags but beyond that it will be your responsibility to take care of your own expendables once those are out
