Close to the center yet quiet, you live here only 5–10 minutes from the historic market square. The Westerntor railway station of the Harz narrow-gauge railway is also within walking distance. The 38 m² apartment impresses with its well thought-out design with a separate bedroom and cozy living area with sofa, TV and kitchenette. The dining table can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for couples, friends or small families. Wi-Fi and parking are included. The space The apartment "Zauberlehrling" combines a central location with a quiet atmosphere and a well thought-out living concept. Up to three people can live comfortably here on 38 m² – ideal for couples, friends or small families who value style and relaxed days in Wernigerode. The separate bedroom with a double bed ensures relaxing nights. In the living area with sofa (extendable), TV and integrated kitchenette, there is a pleasant lounge for relaxing, reading or eating together. The dining table can accommodate up to four people. The compact, fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic range, dishwasher and refrigerator allows flexible self-catering – from breakfast to dinner. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity and towel radiator. A washing machine and a drying room in the house are also available. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and the free parking directly at the house are of course included in the price. Guest access The apartment is on the raised ground floor and is accessible via the common main entrance. Access is via several steps and is therefore not barrier-free. For each apartment there is a free parking space directly at the house – a relaxed arrival by car is thus guaranteed. Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out is by 10 am. Thanks to the key box with a personal access code, flexible, contactless self check-in is possible at any time. You will receive the code via email before your arrival. You can leave your vehicle in the parking lot on the day of arrival and departure before the official check-in or after check-out and use the time for a walk towards the old town. Other things to note A tourist tax is charged in Wernigerode. It is €3.50 per person per night (children from 6–18 years: €1.75) and must be paid in cash on site. With the guest card, you can use public transport in the Harz district free of charge and receive various discounts. The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation and deliberately designed for peace and relaxation. No parties or events are planned. We ask for consideration of the neighborhood and the usual quiet times. Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along. Bus stops can be reached in a few minutes' walk, as well as the Westerntor station of the Harz narrow-gauge railway – ideal for excursions in the region.
