Guest access When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities, which include: – Several luxurious pools – White sandy beach – 5-star Bamford Haybarn Spa – Valet service – The Anatomy Gym – A wide variety of dining options to refuel for breakfast, lunch, dinner & drinks. – Access to the 1 Beach Club featuring Wave Coastal Cuisine. – The brand new Audi E-tron which could be used as a house car and can be scheduled for a test drive through our concierge. Other things to note – Valet parking is available at regular hotel valet rate. – This rental property is currently listed for sale. On occasion, we may get a request to show the property during your stay. We will provide a 24-hour notice and make every attempt not to disturb or inconvenience you during your vacation. – Room service not available. • RESORT FEES: The 1 Hotel charges a $95.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer. – Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees. – Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. – Luxury Rentals™ is not affiliated, associated, or endorsed by 1 HOTEL & HOMES®, Starwood®, SH Group Global IP Holdings, L.L.C., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. – Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence.
