Mill with outdoor hot tub and petanque court

The mill (10 people max), on the 1.4-hectare property "Les Chambres de Capucine" crossed by a river (1st category), has been tastefully restored. Its equipped kitchen allows you to eat in the dining area or on the terrace. Its garden (Jacuzzi and barbecue) invites you to relax. The walks in the shared spaces (orchard, garden, petanque court, peninsula) around the meadows of Egéon and Apollon (our 2 Highland cows) and the river are enchanting and offer a unique break. The space The mill (100 m²) has a large, very pleasant and friendly living room on the ground floor (ceiling height of 6 meters) that is conducive to relaxation with its 3 sofas (including 1 sofa bed). Its dining area allows you to share moments of conviviality in front of an island that separates it from the kitchen. Its foosball table will liven up your evenings. A large bedroom with 2 beds (1.80 x 2 m, 0.90 x 2 m) and its adjoining shower room (with toilet) complete the ground floor, which also has another toilet. The floor includes a mezzanine with 3 beds (0.90 X 1.90 each), a small office area and a very bright bedroom with a bed (1.80 X 1.90) and its en-suite bathroom with separate toilet. A wall-mounted air conditioner has been installed in the upstairs bedroom. The private shaded outdoor spaces with garden furniture set, dining area, barbecue, Jacuzzi, and garden allow you to fully enjoy the change of scenery of this peaceful, bucolic place in nature. For your convenience, bathrobes are provided for going to the Jacuzzi. Guest access The property is located in a rural commune of 280 inhabitants. It has private parking available exclusively to guests. Other things to note Access to the mill includes a few steps. Walks in the shared areas of the property are possible but children are under the supervision of their parents. The property includes my home and two cottages offered for short-term rental: the mill and the green cottage (4 people). The espresso machine is a Senseo. A shower is mandatory before using the outdoor jacuzzi which is available all year round on the condition that the outside temperatures are above freezing. A bathrobe, a set of two towels (per person) are available and the beds are made before your arrival. Check-in and checkout. You can do the cleaning yourself or pay a cleaning fee of €70. Disposable wipes are not permitted in the toilet. The fence of 1 of the 2 meadows is electrified. Selective waste sorting. Composters.
