Our home is close to the Seneca Wine Trail, craft breweries and eateries yet far enough away to relax. Feel free to enjoy the country charm and surrounding property. Farm fresh eggs and fresh vegetables for picking may be seasonally available. Friends, adventurers, travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets) will appreciate the country comfort and space to relax and enjoy the beauty of the finger lakes. The space The farm is close to the action on the wine trail but one mile off the main road and you are transported to acres of wooded trails, a vegetable garden (in season), a private campfire if desired, and even a porch swing to enjoy your coffee. Guest access Guests will have access to 80 acres of wooded trails, gorge hiking and gorge exploring. Family pet, Gus , the kooky Cockapoo is still a work in progress but still a “fan favorite”, and will happily accompany you on walks. We also have a black lab puppy named Stella. Kids love collecting the fresh chicken eggs and seeing the horses run through the pastures. Photo opportunities galore and numerous antique pieces of farm equipment to explore. Other things to note Traveling with your dog. We know people love traveling with their pets. There is plenty of room to walk and hike with them. There are many pet friendly establishments in the area. Your pet may not be left unattended at any time.. We do not charge a general cleaning fee but we do charge a 75.00 fee if you decide to bring your pet. If you are considering traveling with your pet please let me know in advance. If your dog has shown any aggressive behaviors please do not bring them. We have two dogs,free range chickens and cats and wish for things to be harmonious. If your pet harms any of our animals you will be held financially responsible for any subsequent damages. Typically we allow one dog per booking. Finger Lakes Wine Country KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Please note that although there are wine tour bus companies booking large groups, despite communications being sent about group limitations, most of the wineries are not accepting groups larger than 4 or 6 at this time, and some require an advanced reservation for tastings. Failing to adhere to these limitations, or reserving with others who don't, will risk you and your group being turned away and we would absolutely hate that.
