The living area has split system AC, WI-Fi, Netflix.  Three bedrooms on the ground floor, with 1 queen and 2 double beds, one main bathroom. Policies in place are: no schoolies, and no gatherings of outside personnel on the premises. The space There is a second toilet upstairs by the living area. Outside, the driveway has parking for 2 cars, one car has access to the garage and the second car can park on the driveway, plus additional wide nature strip parking. We also have a high fence, which is safe for young children to play at the front. The townhouse is located on the service road with very limited local traffic, the service road runs all the way to the beach, which is safe for children riding their scooter or bikes. The local township features many restaurants and cafes, the local hotel, excellent food stores, and local speciality shops. Guest access The bay bike and walking trail and the stunning Dromana beach and foreshore are all just a 5 minute walk away. Rosewood is also located within easy access to dozens of world class wineries, golf courses and the Peninsula hot springs in Rye. Other things to note Walking distance to Aldi, close to many wineries, hot springs, Arthur’s seat, and best of all a few minutes drive to a Drive-In.
