Discover the "Villa Sea" in the warmest and most tropical region of Madeira. The accommodation is the result of the rural tourism project "SeaPearl", inspired by the sea, in which a house and a haystack were rehabilitated, maintaining its rural aspect, the regional stone and original characteristic, with a touch of modernity, simplicity and all the comfort. Stay at main villa is an invitation to wake up rocked by the sound of waves hitting the pebbles and a ray of sun coming through the window. The space The house was built in the 20th century, in 1930, and underwent a remodeling that left it more modern, maintaining local and regional characteristics and much more comfortable. It is now classified as a Country House. It is located between the sea and the mountains, with an area of almost 300m2. The Villa has two different floors: on the 1st floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and common bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom and air-conditioning. In the outdoor area, there is a leisure area: a barbecue with a traditional Madeiran porch and in front of the pool surrounded by a deck and garden with bright sunshine throughout the day. The perfect space to relax with the waves of the sea crashing in front of you. The garden is pleasant, but in the north of the house is a vegetable garden and fruit trees that represent the example of what was planted there in the past. Indulge in vegetables, aromatic herbs, fruits and even Madeiran grapes. Among the fresh colors and decorative details, without a doubt, Villa Sea is inserted in an environment of choice surrounded by local culture and traditions! Guest access Villa Sea and Cottage Pearl (found on the platform) are part of the "Sea Pearl - Rural Holiday Experience" Rural Project. They are located in the same area, but are totally independent. The garage, pedestrian entrance and garden are the only spaces shared by both. Nearby you will find: two beaches considered golden with rolled pebbles and a small pier; restaurants; bakery; soccer field; some shops and a health center. A few kilometers away you can find much more: pharmacy; supermarkets; varied commerce; places to visit; yellow sand beach and much more. Other things to note Located away from the busy city, but with easy access to nearby villages and the Council of Calheta, it allows guests to experience the Madeira countryside. Nearby, within walking distance, you will find local restaurants and bars. Hiking is plentiful in the surrounding area and you can easily access 2 levadas that provide great walking conditions. Cleaning and change of bed linen is provided every 8 days. Bed linen and towels are included, including pool towels. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Secure parking facilities for 3 cars. Although not essential, as with most villas, a rental car is recommended. There is free Wi-Fi connection throughout the Villa. The rental price varies according to the number of people occupying the property, so make sure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and babies.
