2 hours southeast of Paris, the Gouadière villa is designed to celebrate major events: birthdays, bachelor parties or family reunions. It includes: an unusual garden with its terrace, its BBQ, its beautiful 8 m x 4 m swimming pool and its indoor sports hall (basketball, volleyball, petanque and ping-pong)! But also a dining room for 15 people and a games room with baby, billiards and poker table in which you can dance thanks to the powerful 100W speakers! The space 🥰 So in love with Gouadière We particularly like the indoor sports hall that will allow you to play Basketball, Ping-Pong or Pétanque in all circumstances! No worries about possible bad weather: at La Gouadière, we have fun and organize sports Olympics (the So Lympiades as we call them!) 365 days a year! Big crush also for the terrace so conducive to a so chill afternoon! We start with a big barbecue. We digest by lounging on the deckchairs or in the shade of the many trees that make up such a pretty garden! Other things to note Check-out is possible until 6 p.m. on Sunday at no extra charge :) All other days of the week, check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m. No fireworks allowed on our property. Our location in the countryside, animal welfare, the risks of summer drought, as well as respect for the tranquility of our neighbors are our priorities. Finally, we require a security deposit of 1000 EUR in the form of a bank imprint (not debited) via our partner SWIKLY before the arrival of the group.
