Our home features three spacious bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for all guests. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for friends or children, equipped with two comfortable single beds. For larger groups or families, we have a single fold-out bed available upon request, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. * Linen and towels supplied. There is off street parking on the premises. Other things to note THINGS TO NOTE: ACCESS: You have full access to the property. we are just a phone call or message away during your stay. PARKING: There is ample space for parking a trailer or boat along the side of the house, making it a convenient choice for those who wish to explore the stunning natural wonders of the area. * Off street parking available. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm. EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS: May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival. LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. LONG STAYS: All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. CHECK OUT We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest. AGE REQUIREMENT: We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome. INFANTS: For families traveling with infants, please note that we do not supply a porta cot. Please note that there are stairs at the front and back of the property which are not blocked off with safety gates. The back deck has wire balustrades so it's not secure of small children. MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don't have to worry - see house rules for the details. PETS: No pets allowed on the property.
