All Guests will be greeted with a complementary bottle of wine. Made up of 5 Bedrooms 2 Queen and 1 double with single bunk in House and 1 Queen bed and 2 sets of Bunks in Garage Sleep Max 13. Laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer. 2 Bathrooms. Plenty of Off Street Parking. We have recently updated the lounge suite. Super comfy The space We aim for a five star experience with high quality linen and quality furnishings including a brand new 3 and 2 seating recliner sofas. The house is located at the end of the street where there are two cul de sac's. Nice and Quiet with plenty of room around the house for children to play safely. Fully fenced with gate. There are two bathrooms. One in the house with toilet shower bath and in the Garage there is a toilet and shower. Guest access Full access to the whole property with a lock box for access or a meet and greet if you prefer. Other things to note HOLIDAY HOUSE RULES There is STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS inside or outside of this property. As we have guests who book our property based on the fact that there is a no smoking, no pets policy due to allergy’s. IE “ Very High genic ” HOUSEKEEPING Please ensure that the benches are wiped down and the floors are vacuumed Please double check that you leave our home as you found it. “Clean and Tidy”. This is our holiday home, “IT’S NOT A HOTEL” Any costs incurred for extra cleaning over and above the Service Fee already paid will be passed on to you. This Cleaning will be done by professional cleaners. Please vacuum before you leave. By doing this you are leaving the property as the previous guest has left it for you to enjoy.
