Welcome to this magnificent house, for 6 people located in the countryside of the beautiful rural village of Santa Margalida. The space The exteriors are wonderful, thanks to the landscaped areas, which give colour to the house. The chlorinated 4 x 6 m pool (with a uniform depth of 1.6 m) is private. The terrace, of 25 m2, is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and it has a chill-out area with rattan furniture. Under the porch, which is fully-equipped, you can spend great evenings cooking on the barbecue. The house of 120 m2 distributed on 1 floor, has 3 bedrooms, 1 equipped with two single beds, and the other 2 have a double bed each. There is availability for a cot. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, and one of them is located in a separate room of the house, next to the swimming pool. The living-dining room is spectacular. You can relax on the sofa while enjoying a good reading, listening to music, or watching satellite TV. The dining area has a large rustic table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker and is equipped with everything you need to cook without a problem. There are board games for children to play and have fun during your stay. The house has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Santa Margalida is situated in the centre of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by local people, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the authentic Mallorca. Even so, in Santa Margalida you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a sports centre, cafes and some restaurants. Just a 15-minute drive away, there are the beautiful beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, with crystal clear waters and white sand. You can spend a lovely day at the sandy beach and enjoy delicious cocktails and paellas in any of the beach clubs and restaurants of the area, with breathtaking sea views.
