A newly converted barn in the heart of the National Forest. Spacious and finished to a high standard to make your stay one to remember. A real escape from reality to our beautiful rural retreat. Under floor heating for the cooler months. Our entire farm is powered by a 250kw wind turbine keeping us 100% carbon neutral. Conveniently located adjacent to Hicks Lodge Cycle Centre and few minutes drive to the historic market town of Ashby de la Zouch. Outdoor fire pit for alfresco cooking and warmth. The space Set in 76 acres of rural countryside and woodland with a 3 acre private fishing lake for exclusive use by our guests. The Stables is part of a complex of 4 barn conversions. The interior boasts a beautiful Lounge area with lake views. A downstairs single bedroom with large walk in wet room. Dining Kitchen. On the first floor: Master bedroom with Kingsize bed and further single day bed which has an En suite bath room, a further Kingsize bedroom and single bedroom which share a further bathroom. All rooms are furnished to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The adjoining barns can also be booked simultaneously to accommodate larger parties. Outside there is the option to use your own private hot tub from an additional £120 per stay. This can be booked via the guest guide which you will receive 24hrs after your booking confirmation. You can book this using the guest guide that is sent to you via email 24 hrs after your booking is confirmed the cost is £120 for up to 3 nights and £150 for longer stays.
