The house between SU, Le Moyne, and close to Upstate Medical Hospital, downtown. The space This is a Private room by a lock with a full size bed on the second floor. One Share bathroom with other guests on second floor. There are total 4 bedrooms on second floor, 1 bedroom on first floor). One full size share bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen, dining room are on the first floor. Free Coffee, ice, water in the kitchen. Laundry room is in basement. We clean up the common areas Monday to Saturday. Other things to note Quiet time from 11PM to 7AM. There is a rental office on the first floor. Please let me know if you check in after 6pm.
