The space The space has been newly remodeled, offering a rustic “Out West” vibe with all the modern comforts. The updated spa-style shower features beautiful tile and a relaxing rainfall showerhead. Everything’s ready for your stay — shampoos, soaps, and essentials are provided. The new kitchenette is perfect for preparing simple meals, with cozy cowhide bar stools or a spot by the fire to enjoy a glass of wine. Relax anywhere in the room and stream your favorite shows on the large TV with Netflix. A selection of books and board games is also available. If you’d like to use the fireplace, just let us know — we’re happy to help get it set up! The Ranch offers both riding lessons and a Hands-On Horse Experience. Please see the details and pricing below: Riding Lessons Ages 4–6: $50 per child (30-minute session) Ages 7–Adult: $80 per person (1-hour session) Please note: Due to current horse availability, there is a rider weight limit of 250 pounds. Riders above this limit may be limited to walk-only sessions. Hands-On Horse Experience Includes unmounted interaction such as feeding, grooming, and spending time with the horses $50 per person (30-minute session) Guest access Guests have access to their own private room and bathroom, as well as the outdoor patio, yard, and play area. Entry to the room is through the main entrance of the home. Upon request, guests are welcome to explore the ranch, visit the horses, or enjoy a walk or jog on nearby trails. Please note that the upstairs and other rooms are private residential areas and not shared guest access. During your stay We’re available to guests as needed. If you’d like to chat or socialize, we’re happy to connect — but if you prefer peace and privacy, that’s great too! Please note that we may not always be on the property.
