Nice villa 3 minutes' walk from the sea and the House of Inspector Montalbano. The property, renovated in 2018, is equipped with an anti-theft system, a garden with a barbecue and several outdoor verandas. The interiors are new: a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bathroom. The rooms are air-conditioned. The space The large outdoor spaces, the different verandas where you can find a relaxing corner and the garden with barbecue, make the house very comfortable even for families with children and large groups. Guest access Guests have shared access to the garden and private access to the outdoor verandas. Other things to note 1) In July, August and the first week of September, check-in and check-out are ONLY ON SATURDAY. Please do not book check-out on other days.
