This listing is exclusively for male guests. This private room is perfect for single travelers on long-term stays seeking a quiet, comfortable, and convenient space. Our home is in the heart of Shoreline, a mature, quiet neighborhood. Major bus routes to downtown Seattle are just a 5-10 minute walk away. Driveway parking is available. Please take a look at our other listings, including our female-only rooms, for more options. The space The Private Room is on the main level of our 2 story ranch style home. It's very quiet comfortable and features a full size bed, clean linens and duvet, fresh towels, reading lamp, desk and chair. The Bathroom is not attached but is directly across the hall. It is designated for guests only and is shared with other house guests that might be staying in the house. Guest access Guests have access the living room, dining area, kitchen and washer/dryer. Washer and dryer is available for guest use, but guests need to provide their own detergent/fabric softener. During your stay My husband and I live in the neighborhood, just a couple of blocks away and are always happy to chat if we're around. The best way to contact us is through Airbnb messaging. My daughter in law, Tiffany, helps us co-host our listings and responds to all messages as quickly as possible. We will respect your privacy and know you will respect ours. Other things to note Our home has several rooms listed on Airbnb. You will most likely see other guests. We ask all of our guests to be considerate of one another and to be respectful of their surroundings. Please note: the wifi is ideal for use such as email, social media and watching Netflix, although it can be slow. For safety, we have exterior security cameras. These are positioned outside. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property.
