Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home, with dedicated parking for up to two cars (additional spaces available upon request). Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to our cleaning schedule and the next guest's arrival. Late check-out to 12:00 PM: £15–20. Late check-out to 1–2:00 PM: £25–35 (subject to availability). Early check-in from 2:00 PM: £15–20. Early check-in from 12–1:00 PM: £25–35 (subject to availability). Please message us at least 24 hours before your stay to check availability and confirm cost. Same-day requests cannot be guaranteed. Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out. CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay. We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in. PETS One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age). - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture. - Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house. - Please do not leave them alone in the property. ELECTRIC CARS There is a EV charge point which is available by arrangement and for an additional fee if you would like to charge your electric car. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use it. TRAVEL COT and HIGH CHAIR Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair. Please note we do not provide cot bedding, so we ask that you bring your own. The stairs are fitted with a stair gate at the bottom. We also have a selection of children's games and books and utensils.
