The space The structure consists of a main, two-storey building, divided into two separate units with no internal communication between them, and a small adjacent annex. UNIT 1. The main entrance leads into the living area, set out with a large, bright dining room and a smaller room connected to the built-in kitchen which is equipped with a fireplace-barbecue and has direct access out to the garden at the back. A terracotta staircase at the entrance leads up to the first floor with the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: a twin (with joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double and another twin sharing a bathroom with tub. UNIT 2. The ground floor is composed of a spacious living room with sofas gathered around the antique fireplace, facing out onto the garden, a handy kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping area upstairs consists of a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and a double bedroom, both served by a bathroom with tub. ANNEX. Standing a few metres from the house, a spacious veranda leads into the small apartment which consists of a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (portable a/c in the annex and in one bedroom) Guest access Park Inside the 2-hectare property of woods and olive grove is the large well-tended garden of about 1000 sq m, mainly lawn with olive trees, cypresses, oleanders and potted plants, that surrounds the house and pool. Relaxing areas have been set up in the back garden which communicate with the ground-floor living area of the house. Here, in addition to a dining area with umbrella, is a large stone gazebo near the pool where you can cool off in the shade and admire the view or prepare alfresco meals as it is equipped with a barbecue. The property is accessed through an wooden gate (located near the main road) which leads, after a few metres, to the parking area near the entrance to the house. Swimming Pool In the most panoramic spot of the garden, bordered by a row of hedges and shaded by the ruffled foliage of the olive trees, lies the exclusive, irregular-shaped swimming pool. It is on the same level as the house, which is about 15 m away, and is surrounded by a large area of plush grass set up with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool, bordered in stone and lined in PVC, measures 4 x 8 m with a maximum depth of 1.40 m. It has chlorine purification and a solar shower.
