Villa CroAdria is a spacious private villa for families and groups who want to enjoy their holiday together without feeling crowded. With five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a 42 m² private pool and a 50 m² open-plan living area, there is plenty of space to relax. Set in a quiet part of Podstrana, just 8 km from Split and 16 km from Omiš and the Cetina River, the villa offers a peaceful setting while keeping everything close by. Beaches, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. The space Outside, you’ll find a 42 m² private pool with a sun deck, loungers and parasols, as well as an outdoor dining area with a BBQ. It’s a great place to enjoy breakfast outside, spend the day by the pool or have dinner together in the evening. Inside, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, all opening directly onto the pool and outdoor dining area. One bedroom and one bathroom are also located on the ground floor, which can be especially convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms in total, giving larger families and groups plenty of space and privacy. The terraces offer beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Brač. For guests who like to stay active, there is also a half basketball court, table tennis and badminton equipment. Guest access Guests have full access to the main part of the villa, including the private pool and outdoor areas, with their own private entrance. The owners live in a separate extension of the villa and have their own private entrance. The only shared area is the driveway through the parking area, which they use to reach their entrance. Having the owners nearby means there is always someone close by and happy to help if anything is needed during your stay. They also take care of the regular cleaning and maintenance of the pool and outdoor areas, while guests can enjoy their own space and privacy throughout their stay. Other things to note To keep the pool and outdoor areas clean and well maintained, routine outdoor maintenance is carried out during your stay. This includes pool cleaning and maintenance, as well as sweeping and cleaning the surrounding outdoor areas when needed. This is usually done daily or every other day, and the owner may briefly access these areas for this purpose. We always try to do this with as little disturbance to our guests as possible. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability and the arrival or departure of other guests. Just ask and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Additional services such as a private chef, massage therapist, hairdresser or professional makeup artist can also be arranged upon request. The pool can be heated upon request during the cooler parts of the season. Pool heating is intended to improve the natural water temperature, but the final temperature depends on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
