The house consists of 10 bedrooms with air conditioning, 7 bathrooms, 3 living rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens, designed to provide a comfortable stay for large groups. The space The property, with around 6,000 m², offers large outdoor spaces ideal for leisure and socializing. Guests can enjoy an extensive garden, an indoor pool, a multipurpose soccer field and tennis court with synthetic grass, as well as a 200 m² lounge equipped with a billiard table and foosball. Outside, you'll also find a barbecue area and a traditional wood-fired oven, perfect for group meals and moments of sharing outdoors. Guest access The property is made available exclusively for each booking, ensuring total privacy, comfort and tranquility throughout the stay. It has private parking inside the estate, offering greater convenience and security to guests. Located in a quiet and secluded area of Palmela, the estate is surrounded by similar properties and natural environments, ideal for relaxing, resting and enjoying group time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Other things to note * Maximum capacity: It is not allowed to exceed the number of guests in the reservation. * Check-in / check-out: We are flexible whenever possible, and times can be arranged in advance. * The property is for the exclusive use of the group. * Noise: We ask for respect for the neighborhood, especially at night. * Pool and outdoors: We appreciate responsible use of these spaces. Do not leave trash lying around. Do not leave furniture (chairs, tables, etc.) outside, especially on lawns, because of the sprinklers. Always supervise children, especially in the pool. * Cleaning: General cleaning is included; however, we ask that the space be left in reasonable condition, without excessive dirt and/or scattered trash. *Events / parties: only with prior permission.
