The BATHROOM has, Fresh towels, Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotions, Hair dryer, Iron, ironing board and Extra Soft Toilet Paper. Enjoy a clean and newly renovated bathroom with a Shower (no tub). The vanity includes a luxurious stone sink and stylish matte black faucet with a Mirror and light fixtures above. The KITCHEN/DINING area features navy cabinets; a butcher block countertop; and a large contemporary sink. Plus, a lavish dining table with seating for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a storm: oven with stove top, pots/pans, utensils, glasses, mugs, bowls, paper towels, microwave, oven mitts and toaster. The cabinets are stocked with basic spices such as oils, vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, and condiments for your use. Please only use windows that have screens on them •Approximately 100 yards off the property to your left, there is a roadside pull off. highly recommended by locals for swimming and fishing. As well as to the right, Lake Fairlee boat launch and dock with some of the lakes best fishing. Also, Treasure Island beach is available and amazing but it costs $ to enter. •The driveway is a little steep but it’s professionally plowed, sanded and maintained. •A 4x4 vehicle is recommended in winter conditions or you can park on the bottom of the drive way. •There is no dishwasher or clothing washing machine/ dryer but there is a place to wash your clothes in town (Fairlee) called “Wash Cycle”. •If you have any issues with the apartment upon arrival or during your stay please contact me immediately so it can be taken care of. •You lose service while driving but you can use my step by step directions if you have any trouble with your GPS. •The staircase has a low ceiling at one point so please watch your head. •I have other Airbnb’s in the area to rent that may be an even better fit for you. •Please heart our listing and save us to your wish list! •Youll get Verizon service on a pull off by the lake.
