Williamsburg Sun-Filled Home Away From Home!

Welcome to our charming, quiet and clean space in one of the hippest neighbourhood in NY! The house is bright and spacious and faces a small garden courtyard. Conveniently located - we are a 5 minute walk to the L train (Lorimer) and to the G train (Metropolitan). There is so much to do around Brooklyn but if you prefer to explore the city, the L train will take you right into Manhattan and within 15minutes. Perfect for couples, adventurers and business travellers. The space This is a two bedroom, one bathroom rental. The first bedroom is located on the main floor and the second bedroom is located on the second floor. The first floor bathroom is reserved exclusively for you and your Airbnb guest/s. Guests have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and all common areas. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. If you feel like eating in for breakfast or if you want to take a break one night and cook a meal - the kitchen has everything you might need - stove/oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher. We also have an outdoor space in the summer which is a nice place to sit and unwind (fyi - the outdoor space is seasonal). **Note there is a third bedroom and second bathroom on the second floor which is private and will be locked during the duration of your stay. This is not a shared space and you will have the house to yourself during the stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire house (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, all common areas) except for the second bathroom and third bedroom located on the second floor. Other things to note Originally from Canada, I moved to NYC to study textiles. I fell in love with this city and never looked back. My husband is a native New Yorker. We both work in the city and enjoy everything this city has to offer - food, art, culture, people.. We are extremely considerate and enjoy helping guests feel comfortable.
