This lovely main floor apartment in a classic Denver Square home has it all. My home was converted into two apartments in the 1960s providing the best of both worlds - efficient space in a private home. Location is one of the very best things about my space. Just ten minutes from Downtown and Cherry Creek, walkable to South Broadway and Washington Park, my home is positioned perfectly to the best restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing Central Denver has to offer. Let this be your launch pad and sanctuary in the Queen City of the Plains. Come work, play and enjoy! Some of the things I love about Denver are running or bicycling Downtown or to Cherry Creek on the conveniently located Cherry Creek bike path that runs along the tranquil Platte River. The Rosebud Cafe located across the street has amazing coffee, the nicest owner you will ever meet and great food! About a two-block walk will land you at one of the best Italian restaurants in Denver, Carmine's on Penn. If you are in the mood for sushi, check out Taki Sushi or Go Fish on Broadway. Of course there are many amazing restaurants on South Broadway but I recommend Beatrice & Woodsley, Gozo and my all-time favorite brunch/lunch spot, Moxie, is outstanding as well. If you feel like cooking-in there is a Trader Joe’s six blocks away, Safeway not much further and Whole Foods in Cherry Creek. Love shopping? Cherry Creek North, Cherry Creek Mall and South Broadway are must hits! Love live music? We are a short taxi, Uber, Lyft ride from the Fillmore, Ogden, Bluebird, Pepsi Center, The Gothic, Three Kings, High-Dive, Syntax Physic Opera, Herman’s Hideaway and many, many more. We also have some of the best music stores in the Country (Wax Trax, Twist & Shout, so many more). Love art and museums? Denver has some of the best! We are again just minutes away from all of the central sights. We should mention...this is a NON-SMOKING PRIVATE RESIDENCE WITH A STRICT POLICY. I am extremely allergic and cannot have smoking of any sort on the premises. Pet Policy I do accept one dog per unit on a case-by-case basis. I am so sorry...I cannot accept Cats due to a severe allergy.
