Cal Paris is a rural house for rent with more than 7 centuries of history that has been renovated while maintaining its old structure and leaving some original details of the time. The house is part of the medieval wall of La Donzell de Urgell, a small town located a few kilometers from Agramunt, the Catalan capital of turret and chocolate to stone. The space INSIDE THE HOUSE The house has a capacity of 15 people (13 people + 2 in extra bed) and the stays are divided as follows: • 2 living rooms. You can find 2 chimneys, sofas and 2 flat screen TVs. In addition, it also has a large table with chairs where you can eat in one of its living rooms. • Game room In this game room there is a large pool table and foosball table. • Reading room. It has comfortable chairs for you to relax while reading your favorite works. • Kitchen. Fully equipped open kitchen with oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, kitchenware, etc. • 6 bedrooms. In them we find 5 double beds and 3 single beds. In addition, there is the possibility of adding two more seats with extra beds and a sofa bed. Each of the rooms has a ceiling fan. • 3 bathrooms. All of them are fully equipped. One has a bathtub. It also has the following amenities: internet, children's games, fireplace, heating, equipped kitchen, and more. ON the OUTSIDE (separate from the house) Outside, a few meters from the house, there is a 500m² estate with a large 10 x 5 swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas so you can relax. Pool access is simple as you will find a wide staircase so you can access the pool for sure. The gardens are also something in which this cottage stands out, you can enjoy them and all the vegetation that is planted. It also has a large area with barbecue, equipped porch and jacuzzi for 5 people. Near the house you will also find the possibility of practicing all kinds of water activities (rafting, canyoning, kayaks) and land (hunting, BBT, climbing, trekking, hiking, golfing, horseback riding).
