Large villa surrounded by greenery, completely renovated and finely furnished, consisting of: five bedrooms (three quadruple and two triple, for a total of 18 beds), four bathrooms (three of which are inside the rooms), fully equipped kitchen and double living room. The villa is surrounded by a garden with a bocce ball court, barbecue, wood-fired oven, sink and outdoor showers. The house is equipped with a washing machine and ceiling fans in all rooms. The space The villa is located in the Boomerang residential complex, near a beautiful countryside with Salento olive groves. The property includes a garden of over 2000 square meters with a bocce court. In the large outdoor veranda you will find an umbrella, an area equipped with a barbecue, a wood-fired oven, a sink and outdoor showers with hot water; adjacent to the veranda is a solarium area with a large 7-meter swimming pool where you can enjoy a relaxing swim in the tranquility of the Salento countryside. Guest access The house can accommodate 4 to 18 people. The rooms will be usable based on the number of guests who make the request. Unused rooms among those proposed will be locked. Guests will choose the rooms they want to occupy before their stay. This makes the house usable for all types of groups. All common and outdoor spaces will be fully enjoyable by our guests. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are offered at a cost of €15/person to guests who request them. Stays run from Saturday to Saturday, but you can message us to check availability for check-in and check-out on other days.
