Dolphina House is conveniently located in Pensacola's most central location, the historic East Hill neighborhood. It offers lots of character! We are just minutes from Downtown, the Airport, Shopping, Restaurants, PCC, and 9 Miles to Pensacola Beach's sugar white sands! You're welcome to park your boat at the house, 2 Boat Ramps are less than 5 minutes away.There are 6 Parks close by, including a waterfront dog park. We are Dog friendly with pre-approval. Crates are required. The space We offer Wifi, You Tube TV with a LED Smart TV, USB outlets for charging in almost every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, all flatware, glassware and dinnerware. There's also a coffee station with Pod coffee maker, plus a brewer. We provide some coffees and condiments, but you are welcome to bring your own. This home has lots of the character from the 30's with hardwood floors and nostalgic tile in the bathroom. All the bedrooms plus the living room have ceiling fans. There are also large closets, dressers, storage ottomans for and luggage racks. Laundry is available, and there's also an ironing board and iron. A tankless water heater insures lots of hot water for showers. Outside you'll have use of a Privacy Fenced Backyard, Patio table and covered patio, yard and board games to enjoy. Guest access There's driveway parking for your convenience. You can park 2-3 cars. Please refrain from driving or parking on the grass. The neighborhood is a great place to take a stroll or run, and just a few blocks from a waterfront park (Bayview) where you can BBQ, picnic, stroll on the pier, or take up a game of tennis.
