This beautiful home, built in the 1920's, was completely renovated but keeping all the charm of a traditional Portuguese Casa. It is located in the pinewood of Banzão-Colares Sintra, in a very private and secure area, surrounded by the beauty of Sintra forest. Wonderful beaches and many historic sites. The space LIVING AREA - The Barca Charming House has been lovingly restored and boasts a full kitchen, two living rooms, flat screen Smart TV, free wireless internet access throughout the house. POOL AREA - (with protection fence) The doors are open to the living area, with lounge furniture, an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a fire Barbecue, surrounding a beautiful pool. For the children, but also for adults, we have a separate playroom near the garden, with music, ping-pong and badminton. Heated pool on request - Pool heating : EUR 28 extra fee p/ day). Pool heating depends on weather conditions - usually from April to October. We have an additional service of rent a bike. It is great to go to the beach and restaurants by bicycle. BEDROOMS - The spacious bedrooms all have new mattresses and linens. The two bedrooms on the top floor each have a Matrimonial bed that will sleep two people comfortably, and two bathrooms. There is room in the bedrooms for a crib or toddler bed. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed and a twin. There is room here too for 2 crib or toddler bed. The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed with an ensuite bath.
