The space The skyline view of the city from the rooftop cannot be beat. The upstairs loft area is super unique and a great setup for a casual family trip or girls’ weekend. Two of the bedroom areas are fully open to the loft and do not have doors or curtains. Please make note of this in case privacy is something you’re looking for. The master bedroom can be made fully private with doors that close on both sides and a private back stairwell. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Layout: All three sleeping areas are on the 2nd floor. There are two loft spaces, on this level, that are open to the living room below. The private master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with access to a back stairwell that accesses the kitchen on the 1st floor. The 1st-floor space consists of the living room/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry space. Guest access Guests will have full access to the top floor unit, balconies, and rooftop. Balconies are private to the unit only. You will enter the building in a common area shared with the first floor unit. *Free street parking is available just one block north of our building, this is on a first come first serve basis. We ask that you honor quiet hours after 10:30 pm weekdays and 10:30 pm on the weekends. No parties permitted at any time! - This is a 120 year old building, smoking is not permitted in the building or on the porch space. This includes the smoking a marijuana even if you hold a card.
