With hardwood floors, tiled countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range, meal prep is a breeze. Step through the sliding glass doors off the dining area onto the back deck to lounge in the sun, grill on the gas BBQ, and dine under the stars. The private hot tub will be ready and waiting for your enjoyment. Also on this level is a spacious ensuite bedroom with a king bed, cable TV, DVD player, access to the hot tub, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, you’ll find a fun bonus family room, an upper deck, a second ensuite, and two guest bedrooms.
