The apartment has been completely renovated and its warm and family decor will immediately immerse you in a relaxed seaside atmosphere. The apartment The flagship asset of the apartment is certainly its huge living room, designed to share moments of conviviality. Located on the first floor, the living room is completely open, and offers an incredible view of the golf course. Composed of a living room, a dining area and a large equipped kitchen with a central island, the room is bathed in light throughout the day. With family or friends, this living room is ideal for a good movie in the living room, or to enjoy meals all together. The most important feature is its terrace from which you can have lunch while enjoying the view of the golf course. The rooms You will access the apartment through the ground floor and the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The rooms are comfortable and carefully decorated. The master suite is on the first floor and consists of a king size bed, a nice dressing room and a bathroom with Italian shower. You will appreciate its contemporary and cosy style. Practical side The apartment is fully equipped to receive families in the greatest comfort. A laundry area is at your disposal with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. Two private parking spaces are attached to the apartment. The neighborhood The apartment is located just above the Golf du Phare de Biarritz and the entrance to the golf course is at the foot of the apartment. The beaches of Biarritz and Anglet are less than 15 minutes walk from the apartment, you just have to choose. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied: From 7 pm to 10 pm - €50 From 10 pm to Midnight - €80 From Midnight to 6 am - €120 From 6am to 8am - 80€ Please note that we also offer a cancellation and interruption insurance.
