Inside, the main floor features a large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, and a dining area that seats eight—perfect for cooking while still being part of the conversation. The adjacent living area is colorful and comfortable, with a couch, reading chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day of exploring. House Rules: • Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. (take the fun to downtown Ottawa for live music & nightlife!) • No parties, events, or tents • No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fine for non-compliance) • Two pet maximum (75 lb. limit, $125 non-refundable fee). Pets must be leashed in the community and kenneled if left unattended.
