The apartment features air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Free WiFi. Ideal location: Situated 9 km from Gran Canaria Airport, the apartment is a 4-minute walk from Playa del Hombre and less than 1 km from the Bufadero de la Garita geyser. The space The apartment is equipped with bed linens and towels; we also provide pool towels. For the first few days, you will find toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and coffee capsules in the apartment. These amenities will not be replenished during your stay. For hygiene reasons, we do not provide basic kitchen items such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. For stays longer than 14 days, we offer a complimentary change of bed linens and towels halfway through your stay. Guest access It´s a small resort with only four apartments (two upstairs with balcony and sea view, and two downstairs with terrace and direct access to the pool). The four apartments share the pool and common areas with sun loungers and sun loungers. There is one sun lounger per guest. The pool is heated during the winter months (November to May). Other things to note Only guests aged 18 and over are permitted to enter the apartments. This is for safety reasons and complies with legal pool regulations. Babies, children, and teenagers under 18 are not allowed on the premises. We recommend renting a car during your stay. Free public parking is available nearby (subject to availability). The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the common area and are used by the 4 apartments.
