It has two separate living spaces, each with a pull out queen sleeper sofa. It also has 4 private bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The large open floor plan provides plenty of space for guests to interact with each other, but also have privacy. Bars, shopping, and dining are all less than 2 miles away. There are also many stores and dining options only a couple blocks walking distance from the house including Whataburger, CVS, Starbucks, and more. Parking is plentiful on our street. If you are heading out to Old Town Scottsdale we recommend walking to the Greenway Bike Path which is less than a mile away and hopping on a scooter or bike to get downtown. Or by car it is a 4 min drive. Downtown Scottsdale is about a 4 minute drive from our house. Scooter and bike rentals are also plentiful in the area. Hop on the Green Belt Bike Trail and you’ll be downtown in a few minutes! POOL HEATING FEE:The swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 96 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather). An additional $300 charge will be added to your invoice post-booking if pool heating is requested or $75/per night for stays longer than 5 days. Pool heating must be requested with a minimum 4 day notice. Heated pool is not the same as a hot tub or spa and while the pool will not be as cold as it normally would get in the winter, it won't necessarily be HOT. Unheated pool temperature is approximately 55 to 65 degrees while the heated pool temperature is approximately 80 to 84 degrees. TPT#21465634
