Our apartment is completely newly built and is available as a vacation home from 12/ 2019. The apartment (70m²) is located on the 1st floor and is laid out 2-story and consists of two separate bedrooms (1x double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 x single beds a 90 x200 cm), a living room with folding couch/sleeping function (2.00 x 1.60 meters, max 2 people), one bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. A kitchen with a private dining area is integrated in the living room, as well as a balcony with a mountain. The space The integrated kitchen is equipped with coffee machine for filter coffee and a Nespresso machine for capsules , toaster, toaster, kettle, oven and dishwasher. A dining table for 6 is integrated. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink, mirror and storage facilities, hair dryer and window. The toilet is separated, Free Wi-Fi, free car parking is right by the house. A storage room for sports equipment is located directly next to the main entrance.
