Our 5 bedroom home is only a 5 minute walk to York city centre. Expect modern interiors and quality furnishings throughout. Set over three floors, there is plenty of room to relax after a busy day out in the city. There is also free parking for up to 3 cars which is a bonus for such a central location! The space For larger groups, we also have a neighbouring property that accommodates up to 10 people, offering a similar layout with 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite shower rooms. Feel free to check my host profile for availability and further details. ✨ The Space ✨ Upon entering through the hallway, you'll be greeted by a seamless transition into the spacious open-plan living and dining area. The bright living room features a bay window and hardwood plantation shutters throughout, allowing you to adjust natural light and privacy. Relax on the two large sectional sofas, perfect for unwinding while enjoying your favourite movies or shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV. The dining area features a long wooden table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or breakfast together. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including two refrigerators/freezers, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, four ovens, an electric stove, microwave, toaster, and kettle. On the first floor, you’ll find three thoughtfully appointed double bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, full-length mirror, and its own private en-suite shower room. While compact in size, each en-suite is cleverly designed and fully equipped with a shower cubicle, wash basin, and toilet—perfectly suited to meet your needs with both comfort and convenience. The second floor offers the remaining two beautifully styled bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, wardrobe, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers, ensuring ample storage without compromising on style or practicality. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access Guest access to the whole house. Other things to note PARKING: There is parking for up to 3 cars. Please read carefully to check parking is suitable for your transport. There are two car parking spaces to the front, opposite the house. They are a little tight but the bonus is they are off the road! The front parking spaces are suitable for 2 medium cars. Only one estate size car can be parked in the space opposite (which will limit the number of cars you are able to bring). There is one additional parking space to the rear of the property for a small car. The parking space is on a gravelled area which is recessed off the alleyway. To access the rear parking you must turn down the alleyway so please be careful, especially if arriving in the evening! PETS A dog is welcome at an additional minimum fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message me in advance with the details of your pet (type/breed/age). If you have a second dog, this may be considered on a case by case basis. Please kindly consider my house rules if you bring your dog. - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings. - Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house. - Dogs must NOT be left alone in the property. WIFI: There is currently a WIFI outage in the area for the provider we have at the property. We do have WIFI at the property as we are able to use the network from next-door for the time being. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused, please contact us if you have any issues or questions. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
