This Sunriver home is an easy bike ride or walk to the Deschutes River and close to the 7th green on the Woodlands Golf Course. Home access information will be sent 7 - 10 days prior to arrival. All homes are set up for self check-in, no need to stop by the office, just go straight to the home. Sunriver is located at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Central Oregon. We enjoy 300 days of sunshine and a climate that is perfect for year round activities. Mt. Bachelor is a quick 30-45 minute drive away, the Deschutes River is in our back yard and the pristine Cascade Lakes are a short drive away. Plus so much more golfing, biking, kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, skiing, rock climbing and more. The resort community is compact at 4 miles long (north to south) and 2 miles wide (east-west). It's easy to get around on over 33 + miles of paved pathways. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are generously stocked with everything you will need to host meals. An ensuite bedroom on the main floor has a King bed, TV and patio doors opening to the back deck. The attached bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower. Down the hallway, you will find the large den/bonus room with a big screen TV, Queen size sofa sleeper and a set of bunk beds - great for the kids! The downstairs shared bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. The large, wrap-around back deck is fully enclosed, providing a wonderful feeling of seclusion. Prepare a BBQ lunch on the gas grill, or take a soak in the private hot tub. Head upstairs to find 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and TV, a well-lit loft with a reading nook, and a large, shared bathroom.  A second deck on this upper level is a great place to enjoy the peaceful setting with a warm cup of coffee in the morning! 39 Yellow Pine is centrally located within Sunriver. Take a short walk or bike ride to the scenic Cardinal Landing footbridge over the Deschutes River on one of the 5 adult bikes waiting for you in the garage. Fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the river are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver vacation rental. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the nearby 7th fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course or head up to Mt.
