Villa Isabella is located in San Giovanni di Sinis, 2-min walk from the beach. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, kitchen, living room and large outdoor area. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The space Villa Isabella is an independent property situated in San Giovanni di Sinis, only 60 metres away from the beach, easily reachable along a short path. It offers a spacious veranda with sea view and has five bedrooms: three double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. There is also WI-FI, a large living room with TV, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher and coffee machine included), one and a half bathroom, a laundry room and mosquito nets. The large garden features a dining area, outdoor shower and barbecue. Currently, air conditioning is present in one bedroom only (fans are available for the other rooms). A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.  Guest access Guests can access all spaces in the house. Other things to note - Our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible prior approval, but may be subject to an extra charge. Our check-out time is no later than 10:00. Please kindly confirm your arrival time as soon as possible. - We will meet you at the property to hand over the house keys. - The rental of this property takes place in the name and on behalf of the owner. Within 30 days from the check-in you will receive the rental agreement to sign and send back prior to your arrival. - We must communicate the personal details of each guest to the competent bodies, for this reason, upon your arrival, we will take a photo of the ID of each guest. You are welcome to take pictures of the documents and send them to us prior to your arrival. - Some municipalities require non-residents to pay a small fee called ‘city tax’.
