The apartment can accommodate up to 21 people. It has 5 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 living areas (incl. connection door). The checkin takes place online and is contactless. The space The apartment can accomondate a maximum of 21 people. If the booking is for more people than the maximum number allowed via Airbnb, this must be requested separately and the booking rate / surcharge adjusted to the number of people. Your 5-bedroom apartment (complete floor) consists of two connected residential units (110qm & 85qm). The entire apartment has 5 separate bedrooms, two separate living areas including a kitchen and two spacious bathrooms for up to 21 persons (maximum number of airbnb can only be 16 persons). Since the two party of apartment can be used separately by a connecting door it´s ideal for big families, larger groups or companies. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole property. Free public parking is available directly in front of the front door. On request a parking space can also be booked (15 Euro / day). The two open plan kitchens are fully equipped and have all the amenities such as: dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, water boiler as well as various pots and pans. Both modern bathrooms have a raindance shower, a washing machine and a bathtub. Living room: 1x sleeping sofa (1.40 x 2.00m) 1x single bed (90 x 2.00m) Various Berlin highlights can be easily reached by public transport, whether the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstraße, the Kurfürstendamm or Checkpoint Charlie. There are also some bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Towels and bedding are included in the price. Baby cots are available on request. For security reasons and to protect against theft, there is a cctv in the stairwell and at the entrance to the building. Guest access The apartment is all to yourself. Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction. Other things to note To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment and other important information. We will also ask you for a damage deposit of between 150.00€ and 400.00€, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved in your Pay Pal account or on your credit card, but will not be debited and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage free check-out.

 Please note, that a legally mandated culture and tourism tax of 7.5% applies to all travelers. This tax is not included in the total price and will be collected separately during the online check-in.
