It is spread over 220 m² (ground floor/upper floor) to make you feel good. It was completely restored, renovated, modernly furnished and lovingly decorated by us in 2020/2021. Whether a short vacation with the extended family, a school trip or a weekend trip with many friends: there is plenty of space here! The space Our beautiful vacation home is spread over 2 floors of a house built in 1910 and extends over 2 floors. It has 6 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Furthermore, it has 4 complete shower bathrooms with toilet and a chic living room, a modern kitchenette and a nice dining area. The layout of our new vacation home is as follows: Ground floor: chic living room, a modern kitchenette and a nice dining area with a large dining table - the three areas are open-plan. 2 x bedrooms: 1 x bedroom with double bed and 1 x bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 x shower rooms with toilet. 1st floor: 4 x bedrooms: 2 x bedrooms each with 1 x double bed, 2 x bedrooms each with 2 single beds and 2 x shower bathrooms with toilet. All bedrooms and lounges are allergy-friendly with infrared heat and have a flat-screen TV. On request, you can rent a baby cot and high chair free of charge. Guest access You will find free parking behind the house with access to the garden and back entrance to the vacation home Other things to note Linen packages can be rented optionally for 18 euros/person (includes towel, bath towel and bed linen) and are paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am The final cleaning fee is € 140.
