While the traction law is in effect, AWD or 4WD vehicles must be equipped with snow-rated tires, and 2WD vehicles must be equipped with snow-rated tires or tire chains - NOTE: There's no air conditioning on site as Brian Head is at 9800' elevation and it's normally not needed - NOTE: Due to construction, the ski-out trail is now an advanced trail and is not as easy as it was in previous seasons. Guests can also use the Brian Head free shuttle system instead - NOTE: The resort closure date is April 16th - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when motion is detected by the device. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.
