Another premier 29 Nights white-glove service location at The Arena in Lower Queen Anne. You will LOVE being centrally-located within minutes of the waterfront, right next to the Space Needle and Climate Pledge Arena, restaurants, cafes, and bars! This charming unit is in an ideal location with premium amenities (full kitchen and in-unit laundry!) so you can really enjoy the Emerald City. Like so many that have stayed at any of our properties - create the memories you’ll want to repeat. Make yourself at home in the hip Lower Queen Anne neighborhood - seriously, you might want to stay forever. The apartment was thoughtfully planned to have everything a traveler could need. If you're flexible with your neighborhood, check out our Capitol Hill location located just 10 minutes away! Just click my photo and that would automatically bring you to the "host page". Up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably in the king-size bed and on the pull-out sofa bed. It’s perfect for friends, or business travelers who want a little extra space. We provide all the pillows and linens. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and plenty of storage space. We also provide fluffy towels and toiletries. In the kitchen, there’s ample counter space and the cupboards are stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. The modern appliances include a full-size fridge and freezer, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. You can cook up a storm and channel your inner Top Chef! Or just enjoy some delicious take-out :) And when it’s time to relax after a jam-packed day of sightseeing (or craft beer tours, also exhausting!), veg out on the couch and watch some TV. There’s a Roku, so you can log in to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc. with your own account (just remember to log out when you leave!). Or, stream your favorite shows with the fast WiFi. Are you the type who feels relaxed by doing laundry? If so, take full advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. There’s nothing like returning home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! You'll have complete and exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. Call us with urgent issues - message us 24/7 I'm a born-and-raised Seattleite, and I'm more than happy to share recommendations for your Northwest adventure! With its residential vibe and fantastic location, Lower Queen Anne is the perfect home base for a Seattle getaway. It’s within walking distance of all the famous things to do - but not so close that you’re surrounded by Downtown crowds! The Museum of Pop Culture, the Pacific Science Center, the KeyArena, the Chihuly Garden & Glass, and the iconic Space Needle are all just a 5-minute walk from my place. Don’t miss these world-class attractions! You won’t be hungry for long in this neighborhood… Either grab groceries at the Safeway (6-minute walk) or pop into The Other Coast Cafe for a sandwich. John Nielsen Pastries also has some of the best baked goods in town. And once you’ve worked an appetite for something heartier, Lower Queen Anne is home to many mouthwatering places to eat. I love Toulouse Petit (flavorful Creole cuisine) and Boat Street Kitchen (cute French place). Feeling healthy? Broadfork Cafe serves veggie-focused fare. Then you can walk off your meal at the Olympic Sculpture Park (6-minute walk) while admiring the gorgeous views and eclectic pieces. If you’re flying into Seattle, the drive to my place from SeaTac Airport takes about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. I recommend taking Lyft or Uber, or you could rent a car. A car isn’t really needed to get around Lower Queen Anne, though - this area is a walker’s paradise. If you’re going Downtown, my place is just a 20-minute walk from the heart of Downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market. Not in the mood to walk? Hop on the monorail and be there in about 10. The Seattle Center Monorail leaves from Seattle Center Station (next to the Space Needle, a 5-minute walk from the apartment), and arrives at Westlake Center Station a few minutes later. Save time and buy tickets online! Fares are $2.50 for adults and $1.25 for kids. Save the stair-climbing for the gym; the building has an elevator! You can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Please send me a message so I can give you the corresponding prices and give you more info. For Pets/animals, please contact me before making your reservation to check specific restrictions and fees. **PLEASE keep the noise to a minimum after 10PM.
