The view from the balcony is a great place to watch for dolphins, manatees and boats move about on the water. Outside you will find the amazingly expansive pool deck with deck chairs, shuffleboard, and a seasonally heated swimming pool, all on the waterfront. This property is a Whole monthly rental. HOUSE RULES and Special requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants. There is an additional vanity area outside of the bathroom. A roomy guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds. The modern guest bathroom has tub/shower combination. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Outside you will find the amazingly expansive pool deck with deck chairs, shuffleboard, and a seasonally heated swimming pool, all on the waterfront. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ Work update: The opening of the Pool is not expected any sooner than the second week of June \'6/12/22\'. The Board made arrangements for owners and guests to have access to a pool facility nearby at the Holiday Inn. Opening of the lower-level garage is not expected any sooner than the first week of May. The RL James advertised completion date for painting the lower-level garage is April 21, but given our experience with schedules, the first week of May, is a better estimate. The painting of the upper-level garage is expected to commence on April 22, and it will take nine \'9\' working days to complete. If you park your car in the upper-level, and you expect not to be in the area around this time, please plan by mid-May to leave your car key with the Association Office so that we can move your car before the painting commences.
