Welcome to Alpine Aerie! Three-story house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a loft, and a large game room downstairs. Yosemite National Park is now requiring park reservations on peak days. As this property is inside of the Yosemite National Park gates, park reservations are included with this rental. Park entrance fees still apply. The space The three-story house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a loft, and a large game room downstairs. The master bedroom (king-size bed) and master bath are located on the top floor, as well as a loft area with queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen, living area two bedrooms (queen size beds), and second bathroom are located in the middle level. The entrance to the house is through the middle level with easy access from the parking space: only 15 feet from the parking to the deck, one step down and two steps up to the main level of the house. Further Details: The large game room is located downstairs. It has a double-size futon sofa, TV, WII, game table (3/4 size pool, air shuffle, ping pong, and flick football), and dry bar with refrigerator. The third bathroom is also located downstairs. Relax and unwind on your private deck while listening to the sounds of wildlife (mule deer, squirrels, Steller's Jays, and coyotes are frequent visitors) and watching stunning sunsets that only Yosemite has to offer. Sorry, no pets are allowed, and like all properties, this is a nonsmoking rental. Due to the size of our homes, there are no early check-ins and no late checkouts. Guest access We provide you with dishware, cookware, silverware, blankets, pillows, linens and towels. Condiments provided are hot chocolate, Folgers coffee and filters, sugar packets, cream packets, Lipton tea, and salt & pepper. We also provide dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and free firewood for our Yosemite West properties. All our properties come equipped with propane BBQs, and we provide the propane Other things to note No wifi, no cell service, no gps service in Yosemite Snow chains are required from November through the end of April during snowy conditions.
