This condo is 1253 square feet and is conveniently all on one level with an elevator from the parking garage to the 3rd-floor entry. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a ductless AC unit, and a hallway bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Down the hall, there is a small den with a sofa that pulls out to a single bed, a desk, and a TV with cable. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway. Farther down the hall, is the dining room with a large table with benches to seat at least eight, and a kitchen bar with three more seats. This area also opens to the living room with a gas-burning fireplace, ductless A/C unit, large 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and plenty of seating. A small deck with a gas grill is off the living room as well. The master bedroom has a king bed, a ductless A/C unit, and adjoining master bath with a spa tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. The Westridge complex offers an elevator and underground parking with one assigned parking space. The bus stop is located right across from the complex on 2nd Ave and is only a one-minute ride to the River Run ski lodge on Bald Mountain. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property.
