Warm, comfortable, and tucked beneath the pines, this three-bedroom retreat is a welcoming place for families and friends to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the simple pleasures of Central Oregon. The fully stocked kitchen opens naturally to the dining area and living room, keeping everyone connected whether you are preparing breakfast, sharing dinner, or easing into the evening. At the heart of the living space is a large stone wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy place to gather after a day of biking, hiking, or exploring Sunriver. Where You'll Sleep Main Level Bedroom One features a queen bed and offers a comfortable place to settle in at the end of the day. Bedroom Two includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king, giving families and friends a flexible sleeping arrangement. A full bathroom serves the main level. Upstairs Bedroom Three is the enclosed loft and serves as the primary suite. It features a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony seating, creating a peaceful retreat for morning coffee before the rest of the house wakes. Outside, generous deck space invites you to linger. Settle into the outdoor furniture beneath the pines, fire up the gas barbecue for an easy dinner, or slip into the private hot tub as the evening cools and the stars begin to appear. Four bikes are waiting in the garage, making it easy to explore Sunriver's scenic pathways or cruise over to Fort Rock Park for an afternoon of play. A Pack-n-Play is also provided for families traveling with little ones. Lark 7 is the kind of cabin that encourages an unhurried vacation rhythm: mornings with coffee on the balcony, afternoons spent wandering Sunriver, and evenings gathered around the fire or beneath the stars. It is a comfortable place to reconnect, relax, and make the memories that tend to last long after the trip is over. Bringing Your Dog? Lark 7 welcomes up to two dogs with applicable fees. No other pets are permitted. Planning a Family Reunion? Traveling with a larger group? Reserve Lark 7 along with nearby Lark Lane 12, subject to availability, and keep everyone close while still giving each household a little room of its own. A Note About Summer Comfort Like many classic Sunriver homes, Lark 7 does not have air conditioning. Fortunately, Central Oregon evenings tend to cool beautifully, and nearby rivers and lakes offer refreshing ways to spend warmer days. Think open windows after sunset, cold drinks on the deck, and a slower kind of summer beneath the pines. Guest access Home access information will be sent 7 - 10 days prior to arrival. All homes are set up for self check-in, no need to stop by the office, just go straight to the home. Other things to note AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
