Upper floor: - Spacious living room with access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture. - Independent kitchen equipped (induction, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine and kitchen utensils). - Courtesy toilet and solarium. Ground floor: - Small living room with single sofa bed. - Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; another with two single beds. Both rooms have direct access to the lower garden, which has a very pleasant outdoor breakfast area. - Additional bathroom with bathtub and dressing room. The private garden and terrace allow you to enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings, whether sunbathing, having breakfast outdoors or contemplating the sunset. The villa has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Tv, hair dryer, private pool with the option of heating (upon request with an additional charge), as well as access to a communal pool, and outdoor parking in the same building. We apply a professional cleaning and disinfection protocol, following the recommendations of the Vrma and Vrhp, to guarantee your safety and well-being. Pet Policy: Small pets (up to 10 kg): 75 € / week Large pets (over 10 kg): £95 / week An additional bail of up to 300 € per pet may be requested.
