Welcome at Domaine de Puychêne, a completely renovated 19th Century winery. We loved so much the area that we dicovered as tourists that we decided to live there. The location is perfect to discover the area and we can share may good addresses... We will be very happy to welcome you in our place and in our village which is close to the canal du midi. It is a living village with a bakery, a grocery, a shop for newspaper and nice inhabitants. We will be more than happy to help you. The space We suggest you to spend your holidays in one of our 4 houses which were renovated in 2015 (Thym, Basilic, Fenouil ou Marjolaine, from about 90 to 100 m2) and can accommodate up to 6 people. In each of these houses you will find a living room, a private terrace (with a table, chairs, a barbecue, lounge chairs, a parasol), a fully equipped kitchen (with a washing machine, a dishwasher...), two shower rooms with a WC, one additional independent WC, three bedrooms each with 90x200 cms twin beds (which can be gathered into one large bed at your request). In Fenouil there are four 80x200 cm twin beds and two 90x200 cm twin beds (the twin beds can be gathered in one large bed if you wish). In Thym on the ground floor, the kitchen, the bedroom (with a 140x180 cm double bed) and the bathroom can welcome a person in a wheelchair. You will have free wifi, free parking on the Domaine and free access to the common garden and to the swimming-pool (heated in may, june, september, october, if whether allows it). Guest access You will have access to your whole apartment, the park and to the common swimming pool (opened from may to october, heated in may, june, september, october). Each house has a small private garden with 1 table, chairs, 2 deck-chairs, 1 parasol, 1 barbecue. Other things to note The price includes household linen (sheets, towels and tea towels). Cleaning is done once a week, on the day of departure, and costs 85 euros. Pool towels are not provided but can be rented (7 euros per towel used, 20 euros deposit). If the cottage is rented for two weeks, an additional cleaning service can be provided on request. The cost is €85. The pool is open from April to October. It is heated in April, May, June, September and October. Each cottage has a parking space within the estate. You can hire bicycles in the village (we strongly recommend that you book these when you reserve your stay). There is a tourist tax of £1.15 per night per person over the age of 18. A deposit of £300 is payable on arrival. Iron and ironing board available on request. High chair and travel cot rental: £25/week. A consumption allowance of 30 kWh of electricity per day is included in the rental price. Above this, if the cottage needs to be heated, there will be an additional charge of £0.30/per additional kWh consumed.
