This is the ultimate beach bungalow. Located just steps from the world famous Main Street, Huntington Beach Pier, and of course, miles of Southern Californias best beach. This place offers "everyday resort living" with all the charm of an old fashion beach bungalow. The backyard has a built in bamboo bar and a custom jacuzzi hot tub. There is also a 140 degree dry sauna, great for detox after hitting all those bars and restaurants. Great way to relax and enjoy your vacation. This is the one! The space I love this bungalow and so will you. Originally built between 1905 and 1920, (the title just has a ?), I completely refurbished and upgraded it over the last 15 years or so. The amenities offer what I call “everyday resort living” but still has that laid back beach bungalow vibe going. You'll be literally steps from Main Street with restaurants, entertainment, the pier and, of course, the world famous beaches. Everything is just a walk or a bike ride away from the bungalow. While here, you'll get great ocean breezes every afternoon. The front yard is a great place to hang out. The neighbors are friendly and still smile and say HI when walking past. The house is comfy and cozy. The place has beautiful, original California Redwood floors. The kitchen was updated and is fully stocked to accommodate any of your cooking needs. There is a propane barbecue grill out back for your use. The bathroom has the original claw foot soaking tub, pedestal sink and a separate, stand alone shower. The first bedroom has a triple bunk bed with 2 full size bunk beds on both bottom and top and an extra twin trundle bed that slides out for even more sleeping space. Custom built cabinetry offers plenty of storage for all of your things.. The main bedroom is awesome! It has original California Redwood floors, custom built raised beam ceiling, skylight, custom built Alder wood cabinetry, custom built queen size Alder wood Murphy bed, French doors open up to the incredible back yard. The back yard is natural slate with custom built bamboo bar with built in Jacuzzi hot tub, a built in, 140 degree infrared dry sauna. There is also a propane gas barbecue grill for you to use. This whole place was done with the idea of "Every Day Resort Living" in mind. Guest access I have a small back house on this property, which is separated by a fence, so I am required that I say the following:              This is a whole house rental and all the house, the yard and the amenities will be yours, there will be nobody else using the house, the front yard or back yard, both side yards,or any of the amenities. I do have another house on this "property", but it is separated by a fence, it also has its own private entrance and its own private yard. So, while this is technically a "shared property", the house is its own, separate, private house and private yard.              Again, you will have exclusive use of the house itself, the front yard, the back yard, both side yards, the hot tub, the sauna and all other amenities that come with this house, which is separate from the other house and yard on the "property".
