Surrounded by a large park (4.000 m2), the villa boasts an infinity pool (13 x 7 m), open from April to mid-October and equipped with sun loungers, armchairs, sofa and dining table. From the swimming pool it is possible to admire a splendid view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Among the outdoor spaces you will find: a gazebo with a dining table for about 10 people, a wood-burning oven for cooking pizzas, a private parking area. Next to the entrance of the villa, there is a loggia with sofas and a wrought-iron table, ideal to spend free time having a drink with friends. Internal Description Completely renovated, the villa is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (including one toilet). First floor: From the living room a flight of stairs (18 steps) leads to the first floor, divided into two halls that respectively give access to the 4 bedrooms available, divided as follows: two doubles, one with 3 single beds, and one with a double bed and a single bed.
